Valve, the well-known makers of popular games who has recently taken an interest in the Mac world, has announced plans to release part of their OS X graphics code via Steamworks. In plain language for mere mortals like you and me, it means the hardest part of porting games to the Mac is in the graphics and, so, this will make the effort that much easier. in short: More awesome Mac games, kids.
