Defense Grid: The Awakening Released For OS X

Virtual Programming has released Defense Grid: The Awakening for the Macintosh, offering as much tower defense awesomeness as you can squeeze into one computer. It's available on Deliver2Mac.com today for those of you who like good-looking games where aliens get shot by lasers. And let's face it: Nobody doesn't like that.

VP Ltd brings ItzaBitza to the Macintosh

ItzaBitza, the critically-acclaimed drawing/art program for children, is now coming to the Mac thanks to Virtual Programming. Centering around the character "Sketchy" (note: in my neighborhood, the guy named "Sketchy" was sort of a community problem, but I digress), the kids who play ItzaBitza will create environments for him to star in. When a child draws a house, for example, Sketchy will grow or shrink to fit into it... or he'll ask the player to draw extra items or find hidden objects to add depth and fun to computerized art.

Virtual Programming releases X3: Reunion for OS X

Virtual Programming has released a new version of their hit space-faring game, X3: Reunion, for OS X. It's a free upgrade for anyone who already owns X3 for OS X. Wait, what?

Virtual Programming needs YOU!

Ever wish you could get something for free just by playing video games? Well... your chance may finally be upon you: Virtual Programming, publishers of wicked cool Mac games like Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena and Championship Manager 2010, need a little extra help doing some beta testing.

Virtual Programming selling iPhone/iPod games for $0.99

Virtual Programming, known for lots of kickass Mac games, also has a slew of nifty iPhone games... and are starting a sale where you can nab them for a paltry $0.99. Their best known iPhone/iPod game is Pipe Mania, a game where you plunk together lengths of pipe and keep your plumbing under control (a little too close to home for some of us, I'm sure).
